Terms & Conditions

• Passes are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Each pass must be assigned to the person attending the event.
• Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes.
• Prices may change based on the active sale period. The price at checkout is final.
• Purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by Stripe.

• All passes are non-refundable once purchased.
• In the event of total cancellation by Just4U Dance, a full refund or credit toward future editions will be offered.
• We recommend checking your schedule before purchasing.

Pass transfers to another person can be requested at least 72 hours before the event by emailing info@just4udance.com. A name change fee of $200 MXN per pass applies.

Just4U Dance reserves the right to modify schedules, artists, and activities when circumstances require. In case of total cancellation, a full refund or credit toward future editions will be offered.

• Attendees are responsible for their health and physical condition to participate.
• Just4U Dance is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during the event except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
• The event is open to all ages. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Official ID is required at entry.
• Just4U Dance reserves the right of admission.
• All attendees must treat others with respect. Acts of violence, harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of any person regardless of gender will not be tolerated.

By attending you agree that Just4U Dance may photograph and record activities for promotional use. If you don't wish to appear in promotional material, notify us in writing before the event.

Card payments are securely processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). Just4U Dance does not store card data. For bank transfers, the pass is confirmed once the deposit is verified.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
